This is the redesign, not the paper it replaced. ETS moved TOEFL to a 1–6 band scale on 21 January 2026 and changed every task type with it. We practise the new one. Reading and Listening adapt on the day — a candidate is routed to a harder or an easier second stage — and ours is a fixed form at the published length and pace, which the screen says again. Speaking and Writing are linear on the day, so a fixed form there is not an approximation of the delivery: it is the delivery.

What you get, section by section
Written for this product, never copied from a board or a book, and never a paper you have already sat.
Reading
Ten tasks in one section: three Complete the Words paragraphs, five short daily-life texts and two academic passages. That is 50 questions in 30 minutes — 36 seconds a question, and it is meant to feel fast. Every answer carries the line that proves it.
Listening
Four recordings: choose the natural reply, a two-voice conversation, a campus announcement and an academic talk. 47 questions, timed by the recording itself.
Speaking
Both 2026 tasks. Listen and Repeat is measured word by word against the sentence you were played rather than judged; Take an Interview gives you ten seconds to think and forty-five to answer.
Writing
All three tasks: ten Build a Sentence items marked against a key, an email, and Writing for an Academic Discussion — the two written ones marked criterion by criterion with your own sentences quoted back.
The Speaking clock, item by item
Taken from the published format and held to it. A clock that is generous by thirty seconds trains a habit that costs marks on the day.

Listen and Repeat is measured, not judged
It is the one spoken item with a right answer: you hear a sentence and say it back, so we line your words up against the ones you were played and count what survived, rather than asking a model whether it sounded good. The feedback names the words you dropped. Everything else you say is marked against the published descriptors, criterion by criterion.

Practise one section at a time
A full paper is the rehearsal; a single section is the better use of an hour while you are still learning a question type. TOEFL Reading covers all three reading task types, Listening all four listening task types, Speaking both of the spoken ones, and Writing all three writing task types.

Is the TOEFL practice free?
Yes. One section practice a day, one full timed mock of your free exam every 30 days, and four writing and four speaking evaluations a month, with explanations and evidence for every answer. No card, no expiry.
Is this the 2026 format or the one it replaced?
The 2026 one. ETS retired the previous TOEFL iBT on 20 January 2026 and we practise what replaced it: fifty Reading items, forty-seven Listening items, Listen and Repeat and Take an Interview in Speaking, and Build a Sentence alongside the two written tasks — each section a 1–6 band, and the overall their average.
Are these real past TOEFL papers?
No. Everything is written for this product, so no answer key is published for it, nobody else's copyrighted material is reproduced, and you never meet the same item twice.
How accurate is the score?
It is a practice estimate, stated as one on every result, built against the published rubrics and shown with the reasoning. It is not an official ETS score and no practice tool can produce one.
Is there a full TOEFL mock test?
Yes. The full mock runs all four sections back to back, each on its own clock, and reports a band for each and the overall, their average. Every passage, recording and task is written for this product, and a second sitting draws ones you have not met, so it is a genuinely different test.
